It's Official!

I've officially gotten my due date from the doctor and Jake has officially gotten confirmation that he's going to be joining the Marines. We're very happy to say our 2nd little one is due September 26th 2010, The same day as Jake's birthday, so if he/she arrives on time like their big sister Jake will share a birthday with them. Hailey has finally realized that when I tell her she's going to be a big sister that means there's going to be a baby in the house, she's really excited.  She'll also be turning 2 this year!

Jake has decided to join the Marines and he's working very hard with his recruiter to lose weight and stay in his weight category so that he can head to boot camp a year from now. It's going to be tough because when we first started talking about it, I agreed to go on the same diet as he would but being pregnant my doctor will not allow it.

I think I'm more excited than Hailey is but that's alright, this year she'll be able to blow out her own candles, Jake's been teaching her how and she loves it.
We were also planning a trip this year but I don't think that will happen, it's not fun to have a pregnant woman and an almost 2 yr old on long trips. So we're shooting for next year, at least for me, Hailey and the new baby if things go as planned for Jake.

All in all we are pretty excited/anxious about all that will be going on this year. Think Blue, we're hoping for a boy this time!
